Another lounge access question
I have an International Business Class award from ICN-LAX-PHX-YEG
The LAX-PHX-YEG are on US F class with the ICN-LAX on C.
Will I have access to an arrival lounge at LAX or departure US Club lounge on Terminal 1 on LAX or the one in PHX since I have an International itinerary?
Also note I am not a *G and only a *S.
Thx,
A

You'd know AC's lounge access policy better than us, however, you should have access to lounges at LAX. You will (probably) not have access to the ones at PHX, but you can always try.

That link just shows the lounges available, but I have found many lounge agents to be misinformed on Star Gold entry policies. Many thing you have to be leaving from that local airport directly onto an international flight. CLT agents are the worst at making up that rule. That IS true if you are accessing the lounge solely as a Business Class pax, but if you are Star Gold, you get access at ANY lounge on the day of an international flight (even on arrival).

- When I put info for flights KRK-MUC, Star Gold, Economy class, into the Star Alliance web site tool, it does not suggest that I would be eligible for the small but well appointed club at KRK (run by LOT or LH or both, as I recall). But I was welcomed as a US Star Gold.
- SkyTeam777 suggests that as an arriving Business Class pax, and Star Gold to boot, one should be welcomed into ANY lounge on the day of an intl flight, even on arrival; yet last month, exact same circumstance, arriving CDG, I was told that even though I had flown in with an Envoy ticket, and was Star Gold, that I did not quality for admission to the Star Alliance club there. (Since they knew me from departures, they did let me in, "just this one time.")

Thanks for the responses guys!! I guess there's only one way to find out and just try.
One question I still have is, do they have *A Arrival Loung at Tom Bradley at all? Just in case I will not be able to use the US Club Lounge at Terminal 1, I was hoping to use an Arrival Lounge in Bradley when I arrive.
Thx

Since you are not *G, you have lounge access only when you are departing an airport in international business class (which, in your case, means ICN and PHX, since US now realizes that Canada is a foreign country). It can't hurt to ask at the US club in LAX, but the rules say no.
If you were *G, you'd have lounge access at LAX because you would be traveling on the same day as an international departure.
I don't think there's an arrivals lounge at LAX (the *A website just mentions a departures lounge beyond security in the TBIT). This thread indicates there isn't one for OZ.
