1.478cpm for 100K miles has been the best (and fairly consistent) price of any promo for buy miles since the flat rate was raised from 2.5 to 2.75 cpm in either Nov/Dec 2009 or Jan/Feb 2010. And in this case it's back to the unrestricted qualifications - no US card or status required, no graduated bonus based on amount purchased, etc.
It's only 2011 so far where they've been screwing with the terms but this promo is back to the way they used to be.
