MUC-PHL in the Front Cabin?
Please forgive me if this is addressed elsewhere:
Can anyone comment concerning front cabin service on the A330 nonstop MUC-PHL?
I may be on this flight in F and I have no idea what to expect on US TATL.....
Thanks!

The "front cabin" on international flights is Envoy, which is a business-class product, not international F. I haven't been in Envoy recently enough to answer your specific question regarding service on this route, but I'm sure someone else will chime in here. In the meantime, there are a number of threads discussing Envoy service in general.

The OP says he/she "may be in F", which we can surmise means Envoy class.
Since MUC-PHL is the A330-200, you have a better than average shot of getting the Envoy sleeper pods.

5 of the 7 332's have them, so you may get the standard Envoy seating found on the A330-300 and 757.
You can find a LOT of threads about Envoy service on the A330 here, so I'm not going to rehash everything that's been written about the cabin service.

I was on it from MUC-PHL and its the new 330 with the new Envoy Suite. While the food and drink isn't up to LH standards, the comfort level is up to LH C. The IFE is still a bit quirky, but I hope they work that out. Search on the new 330 thread for more info.
Food is decent, the wine selection is Trader Joe's

Flying MUC-PHL-MUC in june, the westbound leg had the suites, the flight back from PHL to MUC the old seat configuration. So they're rotating planes and you never know in advance as the actual seatmap shows only 24h prior departure.
But the envoy-product is quite good. (Getting better again)

So my recommendation would be the Envoy threads. Filter the best and the worst comments and you're close to reality
Just some story (december 09)
JN: *boarding*
Carol(FA): *looking*
JN: *looking back* "you seem familiar to me "
FA: "so are you"
JN: "i've been flying this route one month ago"
FA: "oh right, you were in 1A"
JN getting pampered during the flight
JN: *deboarding*
FA: "i wanna give that guy a hug"
