US Air fumigated plane *after* it flew ATL-CLT

US should really charge the owner of the maggot-bag for the cost of the fumigation. Common sense should dictate that the rotted meat belongs in the trash bag, not the travel bag. If they're some weird form of pet maggot, get a proper container for them so they don't fall out. This whole scenario just grosses me out.
