Not to be giving them ideas, but ala carte entertainment might not be far behind, including all the trappings: viewing devices, batteries, in-seat power, etc.

AA, DL and UA have it on many of their routes. AS has it coming soon.

UA?

I thought UA has it on JFK-LAX and JFK-SFO. That's it.

Only on PS flights at this time.

I believe DL has it on all their original planes and is adding it to the NW planes.

VX has it on their entire fleet.

Interestingly, AA, DL, FL, and VX have 30-day passes good on a single airline for $30. A good deal if you fly a single airline frequently and want to use GoGo.

I think that charging more for flights of over 3 hours without providing power is a huge mistake. On principle alone, I would not pay for it, as my battery only lasts about 90 minutes once my laptop is fully booted up. If power were available, I would. Given the lack of power, I think there should be a flat $4.95 fee for all flights, or at least allow the option to only purchase one hour of usage time for $4.95. If somebody cares to drag an extra battery along on a transcon, more power to them (no pun intended).

That's the GoGo list. AS has a different provider (it works over water using satellites rather than ground based communications like GoGo) and I think WN and/or B6 is planning to go with the same provider as AS.

While AS tested the Row 44 system, oddly enough given their routes in Alaska and over-water they chose GoGo as their supplier.

American launched the service in mid-2008. A detailed test drive of Gogo is on line here.

As a PHX based CP, I think I've flown on exactly 1 or 2 A321s in the last two years. It's mostly A319/A320s for me. Oh well!

I was Phoenix based for seven years and I usually got them on routes to SAN, LAS and LAX. Oh well indeed.

I believe PHX might also see them to CLT and PHL. But other than that, that's about it.
