Web site down
This is the first time that I can remember that the US Airways web site was down and could not be accessed.

It has gone down several times before that I recall (but not for more than several minites). One time an agent over the phone said she would waive the ticketing fee because the website was down and she got a notice...that was unexpected and nice!
