My reciept at DCA showed the bonus, but nothing ever posted... this was in May...

My past two rentals in LEX and MSP have not posted either. Avis says miles have already been credited but US hasn't given me 1 mile yet. GOing in a month now. Who do I contact?

Same here. My miles from a rental in late May have not posted. I contacted US a few weeks ago and was told Avis has a backlog of 30 days in responding to any request! :eek: I am waiting for that 30 days to pass and will follow-up.

I have had 7 rentals with this coupon code split over JFK and LGA since the first return on July 9.

Nothing has posted. Not even the normal X miles/day that is in addition to the promotion.

Questions:

• Do I contact Avis or US?
• The mileage doesn't appear on any receipts as it used to with DL... should this concern me?

In case you missed it, you can get even more bonus miles with US through their Grand Slam 2010! partner promotion.

Did anything post yet andymo99? I have seen the miles on almost every garage receipt and on EVERY email receipt. If you still don't have the miles I would start by contacting Avis first and verify that the coupon code and your US # were in the reservation.

DCA worked for me.

Not to take this thread off topic but how did they manage this? Does your company have a corp rate with Hilton? Perhaps the "no points" thing was dictated by Hilton because of the negotiated rate code.

Also, anyone have any more locations to report for success? I haven't updated post #1 in a while.
