Any Preferred Status Changes for New Year?
Hi,
Any thoughts or hints as to whether US will be enhancing the Dividend Miles Preferred status levels? I thought by now with Delta's enhancement and adding another tier maybe US would follow before the new program year at some point.
Also, does anyone know how many CP telephone operators there are? Everytime I call even when there is bad weather and you would think the lines would be busy, I'm on hold, if at all for no more than a minute.

US already has four tiers and the top tier is easier to achieve. I'd love to see more systemwide upgrades and the ability to upgrade award tickets, but I'm not holding my breath.

We improve the airline as a whole.
hmmmm.......
Maybe return inflight entertainment.
Maybe since other airlines serve domestic meals, we could at least get a snack, other than making us buy .....
Maybe that will keep me from walking my new CP card over to CO come July
