America West Trip Report –Nice Job
 

I just took some America West flights and the service was CONSISTENT on every segment. They provided pre-departure drinks and came around several times even on the short segments. Unlike the US flight attendants that read books most of the flight. Hopefully America West will train the US flight attendants to provide service again and be more consistent. They didn’t have a snack basket but provided a mixed snack bag. The airport staff was friendly. I paid the 20.00 to try the club and they also had very good service and free internet. They told me that today that the 20.00 day pass would double to 40.00 tomorrow and started promoting the new US club membership. Spoke to reservations and they were good also. I was hesitant about the merger but after experiencing the quality of America West only good things can happen if they transfer the same service mentality. ^ ^
