It was 1/24 FCO-PHL, seat 1H.
I don't know how long the sticker was there, but as I said it was dirty and the edges were peeling up. It was an orange sticker that was preprinted with "INOP Device #" then in pen 11550000 was written below that.
The monitor was also very scratched in the whole upper left quadrent.
I can deal with broken seats. Hey that happens. Now I am very curious how long this has been happening.
I also doubt that the seat has been broken continously since Sept. but more likely it is an intermittent problem.
