US gold here.
US3032 9/24 DTW-PHL not-upgradeable (express flight)
US1207 9/24 PHL-BWI upgraded at window
US 254 9/25 BWI-PHL upgraded at window
US 577 9/25 PHL-SFO upgraded at window
US 266 9/25 SFO-PIT upgraded at window
US 520 9/26 PIT-BWI upgraded at window
US 1181 9/26 BWI-PIT upgraded at window
US 3093 9/26 PIT-DTW not-upgradeable (express flight)
I was quite happy that the transcons cleared at the 3-day window. I picked up one of the $143 BWI-SFO tickets and am doing a same-day turn (13 hours in SFO). I had to pay $150 to get the ticket from DTW-BWI, but it's worth it for ~25,000 miles and many hours of open bar in the sky. This will also put me within 5,000 miles of CP (already getting double status on these flights).
It might also be worth noting that all flights look to be quite empty up front and in back.

For CP + companion (US4)
9/24 US 1421 LGA-CLT cleared at window
9/24 US 0877 CLT-SXM hasn't cleared yet
9/26 US 0878 SXM-CLT hasn't cleared yet
9/26 US 0260 CLT-LGA cleared at window
The Caribbean legs were both showing F5 up to last night, so I'm pretty sure I'll get the upgrade. Unfortunately it probably won't be without the gate dance...

PHL to PHX regularly no upgrade for CP on MON, TUE
MON and TUE on PHL-PHX route on 319 metal and now on 320 - no luck even though I am usually no 1 for upgrade. Seats are blocked most of the time at 7 day. Last time I flew I was no 1 and I checked before leaving for the airport there were 3 seats open. I did not get the upgrade. And it happens almost all the time at PHL.

Obviously, the more specific the information, the more complete the picture will be of the success of the recent changes. Please keep mind they will be lurking on this forum to determine the effectiveness of the changes
These changes are temporary solutions to the concerns raised in this forum and at the Roachfest. A more thorough solution is being programmed and will encompass many aspects of the tools we use, including the web site and kiosk.
I will also ask that we only post pertinent information in this thread and keep the colorful commentary to the other threads in this forum.
Thanks

I've run up against "crew-rest" seat blocking on the longer flights. This is especially irriatating on the 757's with 8F where they try to keep 2 seats open.
What is the "official" policy about keeping F seats open on the longer flights for crew-rest?
(congrats on the UG on the SXM-CLT flight. I found that the operation at SXM was cramped and un-organized and not really staffed by any "real" US agents so I had little confidence that UG's were handed out in any coherent way).
