Incorrect date on recent NAU coupons
The four NAU coupons I just received for 10,000 miles flown show an expiration date of 1/31/2002 instead of the expected 1/31/2003.
Call customer service to receive coupons with the correct date.

Same problem here on NAUs received today. Hmmm ... wonder what happened. I'm sure that the call to the service center will square it all away - but just wondering how it got screwed up.

I was allowed to keep mine, but honestly not sure if I am going to use them. It is sacrilage to upgrade a PHL to BOS flights?
My only bigger trip is probably PHL to MSY in January, not enough to use up eight of them.

You might want to defer upgrading the PHL-BOS flight until just after boarding begins. That way, you might be lucky and get put into F class instead of G, and get a 250 mile bonus which would go towards q-miles and thus the upgrade would only cost you 250 miles (since you can redeem it for 500 miles by sending it in).

As a side note, could I these to upgrade a friend on PHL-RDU if I physically went into the airport when she checked in?</font>
