Thanks guys. I did not understand the promotion I that it was 6 cars per brand, I rented 9 total. I spent a few $$$$ more than I should have on unuseable activities. Lessons learned for next year.

The extra bonus for the stay posted on 11/14. Would Josh be able to correct this also?? The initial inquiry to LQ said to contact US, so vicious cycle here.

My guess is yes. I was VERY impressed with his quick response and resolution of the situation. Less than a day has to be some kind of record!

I'd probably suggest emailing US as well per the instructions provided up thread. I got a response from DM customer service today stating that the issue had been resolved and should count as a hit in tomorrow's sweep. That should (fingers crossed) put me at 36 hits and 100,000 bonus miles in my first year of Grand Slamming.

After emailing Josh last night, I got an extremely fast response from Josh (8:17am) this morning explaining their IT problem. He said he's contact US DM to straighten my posting.

Checking this evening, I see the following...

I got my 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 hit bonuses on time, based on the 2-week intervals to post. I should have gotten my critical 24-hit bonus two weeks ago but did not. I inquired to the Chairman's desk and waited 5 days before getting a very generic email saying that they continue to sweep through 2012. I imagine they are getting flooded with questions. With that said, I still see nothing tonight. I clearly have 24 and even have a safety 25th that I am still waiting for (Wine Insiders).

Should I continue to follow up? I could do the cut and paste method, but I'm not sure if that would get anyone's attention. I actually followed up around #16, and they gave me a very detailed listing that matched my records.

Has anyone seen any posts today? I think today is the day for the latest sweep.

Ok, so if yesterday was indeed the latest sweep, the resolution of my aforementioned issue and reposting of my La Quinta transfer points DID NOT result in my much-anticipated 36th hit. Can someone take a look at my listing and make sure I'm not miscounting? I took out ones I know don't count (e.g. a Hampton stay, extra DM Dining & toolbar credits, etc.).

Got my 36th hit yesterday. Happy I had 4 insurance hits... 2 LaQuinta stays still pending, Wine Insiders and 1-800 flowers... oh well. Got my last bonus 20,000 miles

Much easier to figure out if sorted by posted date, as we can use the tier bonuses to keep track of number of hits counted along the way.
