I called National who claimed that the rentals had all been submitted to US very soon after the rentals ended. Called US DM and they asked me to fax the request with copies of the receipts from National to their partner liaison. I did that last week and back in a waiting pattern again!

Points for 3rd party booikings
I am preparing for my rental cars for the GS 2012.
Can I ask the folks out there to share some experience with 3rd party rentals of the various companies?
I got always credits for Hertz rentals which were made on Ebookers (= Orbitz). But I have no experience with other rental companies when rented on 3rd party websites. I am particularly interested in Budget and Avis rentals.
