First Class Lounge use for inbound GF pax?

I'm flying in from China in GF and have about 6 hours before my onward (domestic) flight. I know there is a shuttle between domestic and international terminals, but am I allowed to take it with a domestic ticket? Would I be allowed in the the IFCL? At ORD and IAD, they let inbound passengers in, but the SFO situation is a bit logistically challenging. Any advice/recent experience would be welcome! Should I just use the arrivals showers and make the best of the UC?

International and domestic at SFO are connected now; there is no shuttle bus anymore.

I prefer the showers at the arrival suites to the showers at the SFO IFL. There are many more showers and more space. The IFL has two showers. Once off the international flight, you will walk by the arrival suites anyway.

One actually has to make an extra effort to find the arrival suite as it is not on the way to any where!
