Robb (above me), has the best recommndation of all, IMHO. In fact, if Kennedy is very inconvenient, I'd still spend the $150 or so and copter back to EWR. (While the A319 First Class seat is no where near as comfortable as Biz on a 747 or 777, yo'll learn that it is quite comparable to flying in a helicopter).

Frankly, I hate the Airbus. You have a full-fare ticket so make sure you get what you want!

Was on the LAX > JFK red eye last month, it was an international 767-300 with C+. Also in seat video in all classes. Aircraft was continuing on as the daylight flight to Heathrow.
