There's somebody on eBay with a few non-UA listings right now:
ex-TWA L1011 F seats
ex-TWA L1011 C seats
747 F seats of unknown provenance
The L1011 seats are pretty cheap, too, although you'll have to go pick 'em up in Arizona....

There is a company in Germany called Flightline that deals in second hand aircraft parts, including seats. You would be surprised how expensive they are though, even on the secondhand market. Whilst they may not seem to be worth a lot, the more modern seats would likely get refurbished and flogged off to Air Botswana or some other carrier of such provenance.
