Actually, my experience with reservations agent last week was just the opposite: She said they missed UA CNXN as much as we did because customers could make so many more travel arrangements without having to call (read: bother) them. She said they are much busier now assisting FFs with reservations that they didn't before and wished that UA CNXN was still around.
