Economy Plus Upgrade - Worth it?
 

I'm pondering upgrading ($90) for an upcoming DEN-LHR flight. (June 6) Since it doesn't look like I can pick my E+ seat until AFTER I pay for it, (and I can't see the seatmap for that section) what are the odds I'll get skunked with a middle seat? I don't know which is worse, a middle seat with legroom, or a window seat with no legroom... if I can get a window with room, I'm happy!

PS - I have no appreciable status on United and this is an awards ticket...

Tell me the flight details (that is the direct flight, right?), I look to see E+ availability.

You don't have to pay before you view the seatmap..start the process and you will be able to view it yourself to see if anything worthwhile is left.

Thanks guys... yeah, it's the nonstop DEN-LHR on June 6th

Eww. not much available all of the A/B H/J seats are booked, there are only 3 middle aisle seats left, the rest are middles.

If you have longer legs, I would say go for the E+ middle. If not, I would load up on ambien.
