2 hours transit at SFO

Ok, so I'll be in SQ 2 HKG-SFO next month. I booked a ticket with UA from SFO-RDU, and the plane leaves at 10:30PM. The SQ 2 is to be arrived at 8:30PM. My questions are:
- Is two hours enough for me to clear customs, get bags and check in again? I'm in SQ J, and I'm a UA 3P. I'll use the non-US immigration line. Should I take into account that it's 9PM?
- Which terminal will the SQ flight land? And which terminal will I check in UA?
- If I'm late for the flight, do I get to rebook in another flight to RDU? HKG-SFO is another ticket, totally separate from the SFO-RDU.
Thanks.

I can tell you that the SQ flight will land at Concourse G and the domestic connection will be in Concourse F (Terminal 3). Hopefully SQ can give you all of your boarding passes through to RDU upon checkin at HKG, but you will need to claim your bags prior to clearing customs at SFO, and then redeposit them afterward.

The United Check-In Conuters are the closest to the Terminal G exit.

In all but the most unusual circumstances, 2 hours should be OK

Are you on UA198-UA262 at 2230?
With two seperate tickets, UA is under no obligation if you are late but probably will try to accomodate you on a later flight (UA224-UA262 at 2330 or UA19/UA224-UA7108 at 2310 or 2359) so does not look too bad.
