How to request missing mile (need help)
 

I signed up with MP in March when booking an April res to LAX from PDX. Program was supposed to award 2,000 bonus miles with first online booking.

Cant find my old boarding passes for following trips that need credit. Can I send copy of E-ticket receipts? What else? Can THEY look them up?

Missing following

2,000 Sign-up
PDX-LAX 4/11
LAX-SNA 4/11
SNA-PDX 4/15 (On Alaska since my flight was canceled out of SNA)
5/24 PDX-ORD
5/24 ORD-IND
5/28 IND-ORD
5/28 ORD-PDX

Was the best and quickest way to contact and submit this info for proper credit? Since these missing miles will put me over the top for Premeire this year.

Call Mileage plus.. They can put UA segments in OVER the phone

If you have the e-ticket number that does help also
