Does this count as UA BIS?

If I book a flight on US that is operated by UA (code share) and use my UA FF number -- does the flight count as UA BIS (butt in seat) ... that is, do those miles count towards the 10,000 miles needed for complimentary E-upgrades and lifetime UA miles?

Thanks,

To expand on lucky's response, it's always the operating carrier that matters for Mileage Plus, regardless of which carrier you book the ticket through.

Or whose flight number is on the ticket.
