*A upgrade award using MP

*A upgrade award using MP
I am unable to get anything with multiple searches I have done. Is it true that MP does not participate in the *A upgrade awards program? So, if I am flying on LH, LX or OS, I cannot use MP miles to upgrade?

Under a special agreement with LH, you can use miles to upgrade LH.
