Codeshare Check In Question

Codeshare Check In Question
This may be covered elesewhere, apologies if it is but despite searching I couldn't find an answer......anyway, my question is - I'm flying FLL-CLT-SFO-HNL in F next month. I booked the ticket on .bomb - the first two segments, FLL-CLT-SFO are on US metal and SFO-HNL on UA metal - when I check in at FLL at the US Air desk, will I get boarding passes for all three flights, or will I need to get the boarding pass for the UA portion at the gate at SFO?
I've never flown a codeshare flight before so this is new to me, but no doubt someone on here has done it!

You should get all of the BP's when you check-in.
