Question about lounge access on US codeshare

I tried searching both here and the US forum, but didn't find the answer to this. I'll be traveling on US (UA flight number) LAX-CLT-PUJ (Dominican Republic) in discounted Y(W fare). Will this give me as a 1K access to the US *Gold lounges at LAX and CLT? Do they have the drink chit system as well? Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You definitely don't get drink chits and I don't believe you get access to US lounges, but you should get access to UA lounges (at least in LAX if you can get to them). IIRC for lounge access purposed US counts everything in region 1 as "domestic."

Thanks for the info. That was what I was afraid of... Coming back on UA via ORD, I should get RCC access, though?
