That's my guess as well.

Same as the UA's QUAUP fare. But VX's F certainly looks good, especially in comparison to UA's 2-class F.

Interestingly, the LE21NR1 fare popped up again this morning, except it was SFO-LGA. Just bought a RT for $173, all-in.^

But when I went to buy a second ticket for another date, it was gone so UA must have caught the error.

May be worth querying periodically to see if the mistake reoccurs.

Best I could do in 10 seconds Trust me, I wish it were rumor. I hated that remote terminal as much as the one at SFO.

Actually the UA fare is oneway and the VX is roundtrip.

Looks like AA is matching the $858 all in round trip airfare now (in business class). United still over $2000 for the dates I looked at.

I also don't see this QUP. Only US and AA have this fare.

Maybe that one's a mistake fare in the opposite direction of the Coach mistake fare...

VX F fares appear to be:

ZNR VX Round-Trip 778.00 (USD) 08/09/07 11/14/07
INR VX Round-Trip 898.00 (USD)
DNR VX Round-Trip 1038.00 (USD)
CNR VX Round-Trip 1198.00 (USD)
JNR VX Round-Trip 1398.00 (USD)
So VX's full fare First round trip is far less than UA's one way full fare C. Jeez....

(All VX fares listed as NR though. What the heck?)

Seems their First Class ticket policy is - we have your moola and you can change your reservation anytime you want without charge, but you can't have your money back.

This won't fly (no pun intended) for the business traveller, especially those that pay F.

DNRs aren't bad as long as you aren't deadheading.

Only if they plan not to fly VX within the next year. For a cancellation, 100% of the ticket value will be available for future flights in their VX "credit file".
