Max segments for a checked bag
 
I was flying out of KRK today on my multi segment run, and I was told that the max amounts of segments is 5, and I would have to recheck my bag at LAX. I don't know if that right, or the computer didn't understand I was flying thru ORD twice.

I believe there is no specific segment limit; however, the tag cannot show the same airport code more than once.
