How many miles is the most you have had banked at any time? I'll start off:

Currently: 174,682

Is that with one FFP or all of them together?

Currently: UA 856,004

Used 175,000 this year to send family around the world and 335K last year for friends/family for my wedding.

The whole shebang.

This year I hit 204,000.

I use mine often to upgrade myself and friends when we go on trips. Rarely do I redeem them for free travel. (Though I'm doing that for me and a friend for a weekend SEA-SFO trip for 15K miles each...)

90% of my BIS miles are transpac, and 100% of my fares are Y. So I use them to upgrade -- spent 180,000 this year. Current balance < 40,000.
