Check the far right column. Should have destination followed by flight number followed by booking class followed by date followed by fare basis. Example:

ORD
LAX UA 123 A 24JUN QUAUP
ORD UA 124 P 25JUN YUAUP

That's what it looks on the "tear off" part, yes, but you could always tear that off and just present the other part, which merely has the fare construction and the dollar amounts for fare, taxes, etc etc.
