miles posting
 

I flew another carrier in December and Jan on tickets booked by UA. The boarding passes have my MP # on them but the miles have still not posted. I filed a request two months ago but nothing has turned up. When i called UA they said that since the 120 day period is over I need to call LH, which as you can expect they refused to help. I was wondering if any of you have ever disputed the airline charge for the value of the points one should have got? I know this might sound a LH Q but since UA booked it the dispute would be handled by them.
