Something went wrong...help me fix it...

I booked a flight late last week, SBN-BOS. Being Premier on United, I booked straight into E+ but now my seat assignments on United show like rows 16 and 19... Uhh cmpletely unacceptable. So, can someone give me the number I need to call to get this fixed because I do not want E- middle seats when I booked E+ Aisles.

Thanks.

Just call reservations. The number is on the back of your premier card. Or you can look it up on the United web site under "contact us".

If there's an equipment change, or even sometimes a schedule change, these things can happen with United from time to time. It's good that you checked.

First, welcome to FT!

Second, did your Premier status end at the beginning of March (March 1)? If so then that might be the reason why you are now in E-. If not, then call reservations, but good luck when you do. :D

Well, I called them. The lady I spoke with changed my seat assignments back to my original seats and couldn't tell me why they had been changed...
