What's with "Mandatory parameter check?"
 
When I tried to log in to united.com, that's what I got... and a re-login and a loop of things before some error message...??? :confused:

Driving me nuts
 
Their website is driving me nuts. Recently I've been getting all kinds of errors (including the mandatory parameter check - whatever that means).
Anyone know how to fix this?

after that check, it'll forward u to a relogin page and u should be logged in then.

When I have gotten the "mandatory parameter check" message in the past I have found that COMPLETELY closing out all browsers and logging back onto the website with a fresh browser fixes the problem.

Have you tried clearing your cookies? Might do the job.

I have had the same problem when I logon to the website using FireFox browser. If I encountered any error on UA.com using FireFox, I switched to Internet Explorer and usually had no problem after switching. So I would definitely try different browser.

It's a "feature" of ual.com.

all you have to do is logout and log back in.

i recieve a mandatory check whenever i leave it 'logged in' for a while and then goto ual.com and try to do a milage summary.

similar to how if you wait a while on the my itins page and then try to view your e-upgrades

I get it all the time lately...I use Avant and have tried the closing all browers and delete cookies thing...still get that stupid message...

It's an error message saying that your login has timed out and you need to re-enter your MP# and password. Of course, most of the time it just redirects you to a page that forces you to do this, but an error in the website is causing you to see this Error Message instead.

Just pull down "Mileage Summary" or some other selection from the tab on the top left and you'll be redirected to a login page.

i'm starting to bond with that message i see it so often...but the fix for me is the same as above, i log out and log back in. still, the website seems extra annoying lately...or is that just me?
