Flight status from confirmed to "TK"
I have an award booked using UA miles on SQ in December from CGK-SYR. The flights were showing confirmed until today. Now the status on the SQ flights reads TK. I did a search but couldn't find what this means. Hope it's not bad news! Could anyone shed some light on this? My UA segments still read confirmed.
Thanks! |
There has been a schedule change. If it is booked through UA, call them and they'll "clean up" the record - if it is through a travel agent, they can do the same. Very simple procedure. Then all will look pretty again.

Thanks for the quick reply. Typically United writes "schedule change" in red and I can certainly understand that! Maybe they'll let me have e tickets now! I'm holding paper tickets currently. Ick.
Thank you for your help! |
TK - New Timings Advised, Follows HK.
Response - @1HK After notifying the changed schedule to pax, agent responses it. Then, your reservation status will be displayed as HK. |

KK - Confirming Response - @HK1 Basically, the purpose of TK is to inform pax that holding is confirmed as to the changed schedule. So, holding is already confirmed. KK is used for notifying request was confirmed when a new booking was made. |
