was not thinking - post edited - thanks denverhockeyguy

OTOH a *G was able to guest both myself and MS. ORDOGG when we were lowly 2Ps once in the ORD C side RCC, so YMMV, but I changed the post

Anyone who could sponsor in the DEN east (that's the one nearer the UAX gates, no?) RCC in the next 45 minutes?

Antipode Dec 23, 2009 7:04 am

12/29 KIX (1630-1800): I'll be there for the KIX-SFO and can sponsor
12/29 SFO: I may be able to sponsor at around 11am-12pm, but no guarantees

RCC access confusion?

Quick question from an RCC/mileage running n00b: am UA 1P and flying BOS-DEN in F on 12/25 and IAD-MUC-IAD in C on 1/13-1/17. When in these itineraries will I have RCC access? Will a domestic F ticket grant access in BOS (I'm guessing no - any chance they'll be a little forgiving on Xmas?), or would I need a pass? Conversely, it sounds like I'll have RCC access in IAD and MUC because I'm 1P/*G despite have a C ticket? Is this right? Haven't used an RCC before and would like a chance to check it out to weigh the benefits of buying a pass vs. just holding out until I'm 1K...

Domestic F doesn't give you RCC access even if you're a 1P. Either international C or 1P status on an international itinerary does. So unless UA is really feeling the Xmas spirit, you'll need a pass for your first trip. :(
