What's the profile code for $ off certs?

I need to make a booking using a $75 CS certificate, but it's currently lost in a pile of papers on my desk. I know I have it in here, so I'd like to make a reservation using it, but I need to wait until this evening to look for it.

Does anyone happen to know the profile name of this type of cert as well as the TIC code? Reservations can't process anything without it.

Thank you. You're very kind.

Now I just need to get my desk more organized! :D

When you use this PMO/DOLLARUA voucher, make sure your base fare excluding taxes and fees, is below your voucher dollar amount. I tried to use one this Wed. My total airfare is $148.59 including taxes and fees. CSR at airport was not able to input the $150 amount, as the computer would not allow it. She did not want to get in trouble for overriding it. I called 1K desk and asked them to build a new fare so I could use the entire $150 voucher. 1K desk was kind enough to oblige and I was able to use the full $150. Of course, there is no residual value for the $1+ remaining balance.

Without the newly rebuilt fare, I could only apply $109.76 of the $150 credit towards my ticket. Then $40.24 residual value would have been wasted.

Good point. Thank you. Although I think you meant to make sure my base fare is higher than the voucher value, not lower as you wrote.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I did mean to say your base fare being higher than the voucher amount.
