upper cabin res on united.com

I usually have my secretary book my seats but after coming to FT I am trying to do more stuff myself. I am trying to book a seat on a trip in april from SYR to ICN by way of NRT. I like 747 and I would like a seat in upper level. I went to purchase my ticket and when I went to look at seat it showed only downstairs. I am paying for Business.

Thanks

If you're having a problem, you can always book the flight online, then call for seat reservations. There is no charge for calling to reserve seats.

The seatmap appears to show only downstairs seats, but in fact, if you look closely you'll see several rows all together which are in a 2x2 configuration. Those are the upstairs seats. Off the top of my head, they're rows 11-17/18, depending on the side of the aircraft you're on. My personal recommendation is 15H, followed by 15A and then 16B. Hope one of those seats is open for you!
