Mileage Plus phone number

Does anyone have the Mileage Plus phone number? UA's website is not very helpful. I am missing bonus miles (for online purchases) for several itineraries and would like to get them properly credited.

Also, when do 500 mile upgrade coupons post? I crossed the 10,000 mile threshold on January 17 and would like to make sure I have enough upgrade coupons for my next transcon trip over President's Day weekend.

There are also elite numbers for MP CS, but in keeping with FT protocol, I won't post them here. I assume you can ask an agent at that number for the number.

Normally, 500 mile upgrades post during the sweep on the Saturday after your flight, which puts you over 10,000 miles.

Thank you both. I am surprised that United doesn't post its MP number directly on the web.

The number should also be on the back of your MP card.

United DOES indeed post it's Mileage Plus number on it's website. It took me about 15 seconds to find it here:

But the beginning of the year is always strained with sweeps. The next scheduled 500-mile sweep is February 5.
