UAL.com shows "Please see a United Representative at the airport to check-in."

Tried to change schedule online, but after I deleted the old itinerary, I realized it really hard to use, then I put back the old itinerary, the computer hadn't begin to recalculat the fare yet.
Find ual.com is hard to use: can't select seats, hard to find the aircraft type, too many steps to change schedule, flight status update too slow and not accurate.... And too many delay and cancellation for evening flight.
Really worried about this weekend's trip, especially will connect at ORD on return route. I even begin to hope UAL cancel my trip today.

Let us know what the issue is.I am tired to call airlines and car rental companies for policy explanation. Every times I called, two persons would give out two different answers.
Just don't trust them now.
