Did we have the current through 6/30/5 Grocery Miles promo MPM 055 for extra 1,500 miles if spend $1,000? Could not find through search.

Where do you sign up for this - I can't seem to find it...

Sorry for the delay on this, flew out the night you posted and had really sketchy Internet access until Monday/Tuesday of last week (at which point this post didn't catch my radar).

UAL Y Class Changability

I have a ticketed United reservation to Hong Kong in full-fare Y class. I tried changing the dates of the trip one day and the agent said I would have to pay the difference in the fare, which was a considerable amount of money. I thought full-fare was fully changable. Thoughts??

The current link for "United.com 5% off online booking link" returns the following message from ual.com:

"The 5% discount is currently not available. Please visit united.com to continue your search and purchase United travel."

Just Turned Prem Exec...what Now?

hi all. I´ve read many pages but could not find the following:

- i´ve just turned prem exec

and would like to know

1- an swu is an upgrade certificate, right? how do i get one?

2- now that i´ve turned prem exec and have to fly SFO-IAD...can i get a complimentary upgrade when i get to the gate or shall i ask for one?
3- any threads that explain what to expect once you get prem exec? how to profit most of it?
