Which lufthansa flight fare class can be upgraded using UA GPU?

Which lufthansa flight fare class can be upgraded using UA GPU?
I saw below on UA website,
The following Lufthansa fares are not eligible for Global Premier Upgrades: Z, P, W, S, T, L, K, R, E, X, I, O, ID, AD
If the ticket is bought at UA as code share flight, is UA fare code same as LH fare code? Does it mean if I buy V fare or higher, I can use GPU?
