Which is better option LH or UA on IAD-MUC route.
Hello,
Which is better option LH or UA on IAD-MUC route.
Is the UA 777 better then LH333 in terms of comfort, AVOD ?
Any chance for an overbooking situation for a date in september?
Thanks

Also do a search, there are a number of threads on comparing the respective products.
Overbooking - as in Op-up? Never plan on it, you'll only be disappointed.

I am flying in Y , therefore as UA has E+ I might be tempted to choose UA.
I am FTL with LH and silver with CO. Would I be able to select an E+ seat?

If you link your CO and UA accounts then you'll get Premier status on United and be able to get the E+ seats no problem. The LH FTL status won't help.
And I'd do UA E+ over LH E. I'd also do new UA C over LH C but I'd do LH C over old UA C.

if you fly E+ or higher, I'd recommend UA. But AVOD is only in the new config and not all the 777's have it yet. Even in business class, there's no AVOD in the old config.

What about the alternative of LH A343? Does it have AVOD in economy?

not to sound too rude, but have you tried doing even a simple search for any of your questions? Have a nice flight to MUC

I found in a search that LH A330 has AVOD also in economy.
Given the fact that I am FTL and *S with continental I could select a E+ on UA but my gf has no status...therefore maybe LH A330 in this case looks better...as a FTL.
I am also not sure if as a *S I could select E+ seats easily...and we will be booked on 2 separate PNR.
Does anybody have the loads for UA&LH IAD-MUC on 2nd Sept? Just wondering which flight has more booked seats.
