What Does Code "BP0" Mean?

What is bp 0? If I'm first class bp0 and I end up in y, do I get comp?

BP0 is used when there has been an equipment swap.

As an FYI/addition to the list, there is apparently also a BP0 - didn't see that mentioned anywhere. I'm on that right now as a result of having a confirmed and checked-in seat on a flight that has had an equipment downgrade. Cannot get a new seat assigned online or by calling, even though the agent says the flight (post downgauge) is not full.
