Premier Exec email address

I'm a 1K and know the 1K email address is [email protected], but a buddy of mine had an issue and is a premier exec. I did some searching, but couldn't come up with anything. If someone could pass it along, I'd appreciate it! :D

I have been a 2P since last November but have never gotten a card. Is this normal?

normal no, does it happen yes. Give the MP line a call and ask for a card

There isn't much value to having a physical 2P card but it does have the 2P CS e-mail address.

When I called for something unrelated, I also mentioned I have not yet received my 1P card (and would like the 1P phone numbers etc which are on it). The guy told me that they had already sent it and it would take 2-3 weeks. I asked when it was sent and he said he didn't know. Um... yeah right. Couldn't we have having the exact same conversation a couple months down the road?

Until that card comes, I'm still carrying my 1K 2010 card. Why, I don't know. It has no useful information on it whatsoever. But it is embarrassing. I didn't even try explaining that to the guy. Even FTers probably don't quite get that. :D

best I can tell there are not special elite numbers anymore -- just call enter MP number and you should get the approrpiate desk. Call the "wrong" number, still get routed to the right folks.

That's what I thought, but a couple days ago, calling from the same cell phone I've always used, it didn't recognize who I was automatically like it always used to. It didn't even ask me to enter my MP number. Weird.

When I call 1P reservations from my cellphone, the 1P robot always asks "is this Susan or someone calling for Susan?"......

That is always the case for me, except for one-off times when the phone number recognition system or whatever isn't working properly. I remember one time when it was down for a week or more.

hehe, kind of OT, but I still carry my 2005 or 2006 (can't remember what year exactly) Aeroplan Elite (*G) card with me when I'm traveling, even though the expiry date has clearly past, and I know, it won't really do anything for me. Yes, I have my valid UA 2P card with me, which is the only one I effectively use anyway. But since apparently AC doesn't care to send me a tangerine (GM) card, I figure that is my only proof that I'm even an AP member at all.

Trying to learn the benifits of flying with status. Is there a benifit to having a card with you? I am 1P (I think that is Premier Exec), but dont know a reason to carry the card.

first and foremost, to impress your wife or (and?) girlfriend :p

also, it may help you gain *A lounge access when you travel internationally.

Well that is something I guess. Will drop it "accidently" in front of the wife and see how impressed she gets. :D
