9/22 SFO to BOS 788 B757 ^ for about 15% of the flight until handoff to first Salt Lake City Center sector; and that much likely due to +1 of another FTer who works for the FAA.
9/30 BOS to SFO 503 ^ for 25% of the flight from pushback until handoff to Boston Center's high sector and from Oakland Center to arrival. Rest of the time was on "guard" frequency. Could have been due to the rides - fair amount of light chop/mountain wave action along the route.
