Theory busted (well maybe). I had some time at work today so I played about 25+ times in a row. On the 26th or so I won the crappy toy toss game. I already have the confirmation email from them.

Just FYI, there is a very real possibility that they will invalidate that win (though I doubt you care for such a small prize). They do actually go through some verification process and the Official Rules do state that attempts to enter more than the allowed 3 times daily are void and may disqualify the entrant. For small prizes, they may not bother to enforce, but if you happen to win a large prize this way, I'd be quite wary of a prize audit.
