Not sure if you can upgrade on that flight but want to get your online bonus!
1. check the seat map in the section you want to upgrade to 2. get your online ticket set to the purchase screen. 3. call res and check to see the status of upgrades for the flights, if happy with whats open just ask them to wait and click purchase online 4. presto you can give them the locator and get the seats you want based on your reviewing the seating chart just moments before.
