Flight gets cancelled due to weather, can I get miles?

Last weekend I tried to finish my 1ok by going ord-mke rt, but it was cancelled due to weather and I got a refund. I rebooked it for this weekend. There is going to be snow again. If they cancel the flight again can I ask for the miles and the money back? Since its not VDB or anything I assume I just have to keep trying to get to MKE.

I seriously doubt they'd do this--particularly since the issue is weather, which isn't the airline's fault. I suppose you can always ask but I wouldn't expect anything.

Miles yes. Money no (unless it is a refundable ticket). Not both.
