Quick ONT turnaround

Are flights 6348/6349 on the same plane? If I do a mileage run, could I get boarding passes in advance for the return and just get on/off?

I believe EasyCheckIn allows you to check in for the entire day's flights if you have same day return.

Thanks a lot. Also wondering if same plane, as time between arrival and departure is only 15 minutes. Ual.com will let me book.

It likely is the same plane, since the plane is an EMB-120, and only LAX-ONT has EMB-120s, it possibly couldn't be going anywhere else...

Actually, the ONT-LAX flights rarely due a direct turn back to ONT. And that's not the only route where an EMB120 is used. LAX-CLD, for example, also uses the 120. When I lived near ONT, I used to fly the LAX-ONT trip quite frequently, and the pilots almost always headed onward to either CLD or PSP.

What I meant was from ONT, the only place an EMB-120 inbound from LAX could go is back to LAX. From LAX, there are various EMB-120 routes.
