Arm rests in A320 exit rows

Do the arm rests lift in the A320 exit rows? There's no comment about them not lifting on seatguru, but I seem to recall being in an exit row on a 320 or similar where the arm rests did not lift, although maybe I am confusing it with a bulkhead seat. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Just flew LAS - IAD on an A320 in Row 10 - arm rests do not go up, as the tray tables fold out from the side.

Armrests in the Exit Rows and Buklhead (Row 6) on the A320 do not lift, due to the tray tables being in the armrest.

On the A319, Row 6 (Bulkhead) to not lift. Also, 12A and 12F have their tray tables in the armrest, so those do not lift either.
Seats 12BCDE have normal trays in front, so I believe the inner armrest does raise (I always sit in Row 6 on A319s, so never experienced the Exit Row on them).
