UA web site problems
 

Anyone else noticing that UA's web site seems to be overloaded? Problem's I've seen:

1) Very slow response

2) Not all of My Intinaries showing up. Come back again in a few minutes and they might be there.

You'd think they could afford an extra computer or two to make the thing run right.

More website problems this morning.

I can't even log in to book a freakin ticket.

HELLO UA - please DUMP these morons that run your site.

Had major problems with the site this morning, mostly with the sign-in not accepting my MP + password. Called the UA web support group & got it resolved (working now, they said it sometimes takes 48 hrs.).

The tech support person was knowledgeable, polite & helpful, but even she got frustrated as we tried to make the site work. At least we're not alone on the user end.

Itineraries appearing and disappearing is something that has been going on for several months.

Anyone keeping a list of all the things missing or broken on ual.com? I wonder if they care.
